Fantastic! They are so good to work with and were very helpful get a bath for our dog and getting his nails trimmed. He doesn't love having the nails trimmed, but I have nothing for praise with how she did it. She was so patient and kind to him!

My experience was excellent and I wasn't charged anything, tho I tried to pay. The lady was willing to try clipping my reactive dog's nails and, when that didn't work out, she let me use her clippers and guided me. Other groomers have flat declined to even try.

Very friendly place to be! We bought some items for our new cat, including a hand knit cat bed (see photo), cat fountain, scratch post, and food dish. The staff members were very helpful. Fancy Paws also supports adopting cats from the local shelter by hosting a few cats at the store. And of course, there are store cats who strut around the store looking adorable.
